About Us

It has been a life long dream to own a boutique besides caring for sick patients.  I love my medical career and my lovely patients but I am addicted to clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, perfumes, basically you name it I love it.  It is my greatest honor to be a Christian mother.  I am also honored to be a wife, daughter, sister, cousin, friend, registered nurse, counselor, teacher and many other things.  I experienced a life altering tragic event resulting in my decision to leave my bedside nursing career.  I have been blessed with a loving and supportive husband whom will go to the end of the earth to find or make what I dream.  I am also blessed with a wonderful mother who works alongside me despite our differences in opinions on fashion.  You will find us working along with other young ladies that we are elated to have.

We fully renovated a historic building and strategically used all the historic lumber throughout our building.  There are many fun facts about our store if you ask.  During our renovation it was my goal to find quality made USA clothing or clothing with a purpose.  We do not believe in wash and toss or wear once and throw away.  We understand the value of the dollar, even more now.  Our infant and children's lines are all clothing that hold high resell value or could be passed down for many years with proper care.  We are geared toward a sustainable future, with clothing in mind as well.

Many have ask about our new name, Fifty and Five South.  Back to our historic value, we noted that if you asked a woman or man their age years ago, the answer would always be ten and six for sixteen, twenty and one for twenty one.  We are located on highway 55 in the South bound lane, therefore we were sat on Fifty and Five South.  We are starting to pull in our gift line with much more to come but we still offer our full family store which includes: infants, toddlers, children, women's including plus size to 3x and men's clothing.    We carry a wide variety of accessories for all ages.

God has blessed me beyond my imagination and I pray that He continues to do so.  Feel Free to stop by our store located in our historic downtown square area, LOOK for all the chandeliers.  We always have something new arriving and sometimes it's gone before it gets posted.  We also offer alterations and embroidery for an additional fee.

May God Truly Bless You!
